FOR MINES COURIER SERVICES

  1. Introduction: These Terms of Use (the “Terms”) govern your use of the Mines Courier Services website and the services provided by Mines Courier Services (the “Services”). By accessing or using the website and the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the website or the Services.
  2. Eligibility: The Services are only available to individuals who are 18 years of age or older. By using the Services, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and that you have the right, authority, and capacity to enter into and be bound by these Terms.
  3. Services: Mines Courier Services provides logistics and delivery services to businesses and individuals. The Services include, but are not limited to, the pick-up, transportation, and delivery of packages, documents, and other items as requested by customers. Mines Courier Services will make every effort to deliver packages on time but cannot guarantee delivery times.
  4. Payment: Customers will be charged a fee for the Services based on the weight, distance, and destination of the package, as well as any additional services requested. Customers will be invoiced for the Services on a weekly or monthly basis, depending on the customer’s preference. Payment must be made within 30 days of the invoice date.
  5. Cancellations and Refunds: Customers may cancel their order for the Services at any time before the package is picked up. If a package has already been picked up, the customer will be charged for the Services up to the point of cancellation. No refunds will be provided for the Services once the package has been delivered.
  6. Liability: Mines Courier Services will not be liable for any damages or losses arising from the loss, damage, or delay of a package during transportation or delivery, except in the case of gross negligence or intentional misconduct by Mines Courier Services. In no event shall Mines Courier Services be liable for any special, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the Services.
  7. Intellectual Property: The website, the Services, and all content and materials included on the website and in the Services, including, but not limited to, text, graphics, logos, images, and software, are the property of Mines Courier Services and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not use any content or materials on the website or through the Services for any commercial purpose without the express written permission of Mines Courier Services.
  8. Governing Laws: These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Australia, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law.
  9. Changes to the Agreement: Mines Courier Services reserves the right to change these Terms at any time, and you are responsible for regularly reviewing the most current version of these Terms. Your continued use of the Services following any change to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
  10. Termination: Mines Courier Services reserves the right to terminate your use of the Services at any time, without notice, if you breach any of these Terms.
